I discovered that you could get plain wooden dolls on Ebay by accident. From my initial research I found so much inspiration that I ended up creating more than one set!

I start this hobby many years ago with a starter kit for a Christmas gift. Having been inspired at a craft fair I dug out the iron and got back to it.
Knitting is a great way to relieve stress and take your mind off everything else. I find I can't be thinking about anything else whilst knitting. These have been created over the years. Some for relative's children and others for the premature baby unit at the local hospital.

One of my earliest memories is winning a competition with a grandfather clock made from cardboard with a mouse running up the side of it. I still like using paper and card to create things, although more often than not it is greetings cards, which I am now selling. I particularly enjoy making the cards with moving parts for my nephews - I'm hoping they don't grow out of enjoying them too soon!
I have 'dabbled' in numerous other crafts over the years, some of them not successful enough to warrant being photographed! The more successful ones are below.
